As many of you know, I am now five months into my pregnancy. For those that didn’t know, surprise! Don’t worry; we were very surprised when we found out, too!
Elle (our current youngest) is now 20 months going on 16! She’s such a character and far more advanced at this age than our first two! She’s at that point where you have to really be careful with what you do and say around her.
Speaking of our two oldest, Amaya and Christian have been such a huge help. I’m often in awe of how caring and protective they are of their little sister (darn allergies making my eyes water).
With this growing and active family, there is no time to rest. Amaya started soccer and is now taking piano lessons (thank God for craigslist). Not to mention, Amaya and Christian just finished up a week of Basketball Camp highlighted by special guest coach of the NBA’s Oklahoma City Thunder, Scott Brooks.

Lathrop High School’s Athletic Director, Bill Slikker and Varsity Head Coach, JJ Ramirez, spearheaded the camp. Brett Lewis of East Union and Ryan Bono of Weston Ranch were among some of the area high school coaches that also volunteered their time for the camp. For more on this event, please check out the Manteca Bulletin. **Note: The kid pictured in the Bulletin shaking Scott Brooks’ hand is my nephew Zavier J
And now back to business.
On April 16th, we had the honor photographing the wedding of Kathy & Alex Chinchiolo. Kathy and Alex is such an awesome couple and come from great families. You can easily see they’re deeply rooted with family values, but having fun and enjoying each other’s company is at the top of their list!

They exchanged vows at the beautiful Del Rio Country Club and danced the night away with music by none other than DJ George. Kathy and Alex, we wish you a most happy and fulfilling marriage!
Two weeks later, we took a trip to Sac-town and walked like M.A.D.D. The funds that we raised from our Team NEXT Fashion Show benefited Mother’s Against Drunk Driving. Despite the relentless rain, we walked to show our support and commitment for such a great cause. We were humbled by receiving an award for funds raised as well as having our name on the Walk Like MADD t-shirts!
On May 7th, Fred, along with our photog friends (Chris Tambalo, Angela Zhu, James Hormigoso, Albert Caballo) were called upon to be the official event photographers for Bras for the Cause. This is our second consecutive year photographing this event, and it never gets old.

This event not only raises funds to aid in the fight against breast cancer, it also touches lives and provides so much encouragement to those battling breast cancer and their families. A BIG shout out goes to Barbara Comstock and all of the organizers and volunteers that helped make this year’s event another successful one.
In between all of these events, we also had the opportunity photographing our Team NEXT 2011-12 Senior Representatives. If you need to have your Class of 2012 Senior Portraits taken, please contact us to get some early bird incentives. If you’re a member of the Class of 2013 and would like to apply for the Team NEXT program, please call, text, or e-mail us, we would love to meet with you! Watch the Team NEXT Video.
With all the wet weather that we’ve been hit with, it was great to see that Mother Nature would give the riders of the 2011 Tour de Cure a little break. You couldn’t have asked for a better day to go for a bike ride.

This annual event is held at the HP Headquarters in East Palo Alto. Chris Tambalo joined us to photograph and show our support for Fred’s colleagues at LifeScan and Team J&J. This year’s Silicon Valley Team generated over $122,000 in the fight against diabetes! Great job Team LifeScan/JnJ!
Baby Natalia was born April 21st, 2011! What a precious baby she is! I’m an Auntie once again.

Bring on the heat! (Sorry, LeBron) I meant temperature wise. Last week, I had the pleasure of photographing the engagement of Stacie and Marcus. The sun ain’t got nothin’ on this hot couple! They were so fun to work with and I can’t wait to shoot their wedding later this year! Photos taken at Stockton’s University of the Pacific.

Thanks for catching up with us, until next time!

Ashley was ready for her full on Senior Session. She brought her whole closet to her modeling shoot. Loved all her outfits and accessories. ”Ashley, can I borrow some of those shoes and earrings?” You had a variety of cool things to choose from, we are looking forward to shooting your Senior Session.

Alex from East Union High School is one of our Team NEXT Models. Alex has a great sense of humor and really worked the runway this past April during our 1st annual Fashion Show (Supporting M.A.D.D.).
His older brother was apart of our program last year and now not only do we get to shoot Alex, but his twin brother, Robert too.
